Support and maintenance

Hardware replacement and software support to avoid downtime. Our support and maintenance services cover:

  • Hardware replacement in the event of a fault
  • Maintenance services for software (bug fixes, new releases)
  • Bespoke support

The services provided depend on the Service Level Agreement (SLA). As standard options, clients can choose between Bronze, Silver and Platinum.

Integration

We handle the integration of network elements, be it on the basis of a client mandate or as a turnkey project. This can include:

  • Adapting and verifying the configuration of network elements
  • Approval/sign-off
  • Documentation
  • Handing over to operating organisation

Network operations

We operate technical network infrastructure on behalf of our clients, including:

  • Network monitoring
  • Configuration verification
  • Configuration management
  • Operating a network or parts thereof
  • Network audits

Training

We offer modular education and training courses for products and technologies sold by Broadband Networks.

We carry out out-tasking on behalf of our clients, tailored precisely to their requirements.
