Our approach is based on experience amassed from numerous projects and mandates.

In developing business models and strategies, we place great emphasis on the involvement and active cooperation of the entire project team.

We therefore conduct a large part of the projects in workshops. Here we use recognised methods and aids, but we have also developed our own tools for drawing up business models and detailed calculations of key data.

In drawing up a telecommunications strategy, a wide range of different influencing factors have to be taken into account and assessed. It is only using a clearly defined telecommunications strategy as a basis that we can then ultimately form a network strategy, taking the technological developments and current network situation into account.

Great importance is often attached to the key financial data of strategy options. We have developed a tool to use as a basis in calculating the figures our clients want.

Using special analysis tools, we first define the key influencing factors on the target figure to be measured (free cash flow in the example below).

Finally, we can also run Monte Carlo simulations of scenarios to provide a basis for various risk and sensitivity analyses.
